Relationships with our clients are the key to the success of any project.  We consider you to be family, and we want to be there for our family. Service

Many in our industry consider service to be a choice that comes only at the sacrifice of other important attributes such as quality or cost effectiveness.   For us, service doesn’t begin 8 a.m. or stop at 5 p.m.  We don’t want to just offer you a high level of service, we want to show you.  We work with our clients when we are needed and when it is convenient for them.  By relying on our high-level production experience our clients have learned that the most successful projects are often created by thinking backwards.  With the end-product in mind, we can make suggestions as to how to ensure your project moves easily and cost-effectively through file creation and transmission, appropriate and creative paper selections, ink and coating selections, and finally bindery whether it’s a simple fold or something more challenging. We oversee every step of production so that your expectations of service, quality, and cost effectiveness are met.  A job is only successful if you are happy.

Who We Are

ReynGroup is wholly owned by David Reynolds, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. David, a born again Christian, has been married to his wife Kathy for more than 28 years. They have 2 grown daughters and 2 granddaughters. David is very active away from work, teaching adult Sunday School, and enjoying a number of outdoor activities.

Experience

Dave’s experience began in 1973 when he learned to run an offset printing press at his father’s company during his summers in junior high school. Dave joined his dad in 1979 to work full time in the family printing company, learning every phase of the process. Through the years, Dave has been a factory-trained machine operator, image assembly technician, formally trained desktop operator, department manager, and general manager.

Being mechanically inclined with an ability in process analytics, Dave was able to establish and improve processes that yielded greater efficiencies in time and material, which also helped him to predict problems with jobs and avoid costly errors. Dave brings this experience into his customer relationships to help the overall process move smoothly, and therefore cost efficiently. This is a service level that few in the industry can provide due to the lack of specific experience.
